CHEF TRAINING COURSE PRESS RELEASE

Chef Training Course Press release “O-Live” campaign, financed by the European Union in cooperation with Italian Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies and it is carried out by the Consortium of Guarantee of Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil in order to promote European olive oil and spread the knowledge of olive oil’s benefits and explain the importance of olive oil for people’s health and beauty. This year will be the last year for non-profit chef training course. November 2012, 20th 21st 22nd in Hong Kong, 26th 27th 28th in Beijing, 29th 30th 1st December in Shanghai, CEQ will carry out a special Training Course to Chinese budding chef who are learning cook in schools (all our courses are free), 60 students from each school are invited to attend the training and only about 12 students competed from 180 students will be qualified to participate in the national competition, which will be held on December 2, 2013 in Shanghai. We organized the event actually also opened for social people. On the 3rd day of each city, we would like to invite white collars, people in food & beverage industry, food lovers, housewives, chefs, etc. They may well experience Italian olive oil culture with our professor and chef in order to distinguish the quality of olive oils by tasting them. All the attendees will be proud of what they had learnt from our course and show a table of nice dishes with extra virgin olive oil to their family and friends. The students who participate in our training courses will learn the production, qualities distinguish, different tasting of olive oil, etc. Also, there is a professional Italian chef to teach you how to cook different dishes with extra virgin olive oil. They may study authentic Western dishes from our Italian chef Franchini Angelo Maria, who has been involving in the world of food preparation for almost 30 years.
